Asset Skills works with business, public and professional bodies and learning providers to ensure the training employers need is available to meet their current and future skills requirements.
Last year OCS worked with Asset Skills on a number of such initiatives including the Women and Work programme. Brian Cummins received an Asset Skills award on behalf of the company for our support of this programme and our involvement enabled us to have access to government funding to help deliver management and skills training programmes to women employees across our business.
