Cannon Hygiene Spain are celebrating after receiving accreditation for both the ISO:9001 and the ISO:14000.
Cannon Spain has been working towards this accreditation since 2008. “We have been working to high standards in servicing for many years, but without certification. Now, we are able to show our customers how dedicated we are to maintaining these standards” says Elvira Puemape Diaz, MD of Cannon Spain.
Setting best practice standards in an organisation is key to maintaining a professional and quality service. It is also a benchmark comparison for customers to measure the service offering from alternative suppliers.
Adrian Shuker, Support Services Director for Cannon Hygiene explains the significance of achieving these accreditations: “The achievement of Cannon Spain in meeting the International Standard for quality (ISO 9001) and Environmental Management Systems (IS0 14001) is the result of considerable hard work by its employees. It means that the business has developed robust systems and procedures for quality and the environment which will result in better standards, which will be continuously improved under the ISO system. As a result this accreditation is good news for current and future customers of the business.”
