Our partnership arrangements mean we can now ensure clients in Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia have access to the full range of soft services (from cleaning to catering, security to waste management) together with a broad range of mechanical and electrical engineering services.

Our Comin Asia Group partners provide expertise in power and electrical engineering, air conditioning and refrigeration systems, water and fluids, communications and electronic security systems and elevators and escalators.

PCS is already the leader in facilities management in Thailand, with 23,000 staff and 5,000 clients. The joint venture adds 1,000 local Comin staff and 55 international experts to the regional team.
